Today was our first visit by one of the guys that took Eagle News, Nick, a senior at Olentangy Liberty High School and Eagle News and Hyatts Alumni. Nick and Mr. Meta sat down in the Eagle News podcast booth to talk about the good times had in the Eagle News room, Nick's rough 8th grade year and what his plans were moving forward towards graduation.
Nick told us about his memories of winning the Hyatts Film Festival award for Best Independent Film and then locking up the iPad he won for 2 years. Hmmmm. He told us his plans for college and what three professions he is thinking about doing. For right now, he is going take some core classes in college and give himself some time to decide on that life job.
It was a pleasure to see Nick again and to see how well he is doing. He hasn't lost his vibe for life and really used high school to grow up and become a hard working young man!
