Episode #16 - Sydney P.

Today, I visited with Sydney P., a junior at Olentangy Liberty High School.  Sydney was a student in my Eagle News class three years ago and was one of my students of the year. Sydney, along with her friend Isabella, participated in the Hyatts Film Festival for three years, winning Best Picture during her 8th grade year.  She told me that she still uses her prize, a GoPro, all the time!

I had a great time visiting with Sydney, learning about her dedication and work with her track and field team and her work with her cello.  We were able to look back at her time in Eagle News, at Hyatts and some experiences from the Hyatts Film Festival and the lip dub.

It was an honor to visit with Sydney and see her mom and dad.  Sydney said she wants to be an astronomer and study such in college.  I hope she keeps me in the loop!
